At Microsoft, Dave leads the efforts around strategic global ISV and SI relationships for Microsoft Dynamics R&D, delivering real value for customers using CRM. Experienced in new business development, paving paths toward new industry opportunities and capturing market share, Dave has been responsible for the successful Go-to-Market and integration activities for several recent key acquisitions.

Pennington joined Microsoft in October 2007 and previously managed Microsoft Dynamics existing customer services team. Before joining Microsoft, Pennington spent time at IBM and Envision Telephony in various Product Management disciplines. Pennington has a bachelor of social science degree from Washington State University. For the past 9 years in a row, he has been voted the Best Dad in his house!
