Lucy Muscat is a Pre-Sales Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 at Hitachi Solutions, her role involves bringing together knowledge of business processes and efficiencies with the understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack to demonstrate solutions that meet not only their client’s current business strategy but their future aspirations.

To enable their clients to capture and analyze critical data, they uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a platform so that they are able to better profile their customers, create meaningful marketing activity, generate more targeted messaging, and promote brand advocacy through an improved customer experience, ultimately increasing revenue.
