To enable their clients to capture and analyze critical data, they uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a platform so that they are able to better profile their customers, create meaningful marketing activity, generate more targeted messaging, and promote brand advocacy through an improved customer experience, ultimately increasing revenue.
