Frank Weigel

Frank Weigel is the Vice President of the Dynamics 365 Insights Applications group at Microsoft. His team is focused on building SaaS offerings that allow organizations to drive better customer outcomes by using data and AI to gain actionable insights. Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Dynamics 365 Engagement Insights, alongside the Citizen Data Integration offerings like Power Query are all owned by the group. Prior to Insights Apps, Frank drove the creation of Power Virtual Agent after having previously led the PowerApps PM team, where he enabled Citizen Developers to create custom business apps. Before joining Microsoft, Frank spent a decade at startups in the San Francisco Bay Area in a range of product management roles, most recently as VP of Products at Couchbase, working on a distributed high-performance NoSQL document database.
