Neil Benson has sixteen years of experience in delivering CRM projects. He is a specialist at envisioning and delivering customer engagement projects that provide clients with amazing results on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. He has established relationships with Microsoft, Microsoft partners, ISVs and MVPs in the Dynamics ecosystem.

Neil has received the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award every year since 2010 for thought leadership and contribution to the CRM community. Specialises in delivering customer engagement projects that provide clients with amazing results on Microsoft Dynamics 365 using the Scrum framework. He is on a mission to ensure every Microsoft customer and partner succeeds with Dynamics 365 using Scrum. He holds the Certified ScrumMaster qualification from the Scrum Alliance and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.

Neil currently publishes a blog, podcast and online training course on using Scrum to implement Dynamics 365 on his website at Customery.com. Have organised and spoken at numerous user groups and conferences, published two books on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
