Moacyr Galo Jr
Moacyr Galo, 50, graduated in Business Management and MBA in Technology applied to Business Strategy by FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) in Brazil.
He has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in technology, ERP and CRM global markets with clients in several industries like Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Services and Education.
Since 2014, he has been actively leading consultancy projects to connect Artificial Intelligence concepts and Machine Learning models with business strategy and processes automation using Lean Thinking Principles.
As head of Machine Learning and Senior Solution Architect Consultant for AI innovation projects is a specialist in non-structured data processing using NLP (Natural Language Processing) algorithms.
In 2017, he has been invited as a keynote speaker on Artificial Intelligence for technical, educational and C-Level audiences in Brazil and Europe. The most recent at Lean Summit Portugal 2019 in Lisbon (http://www.lean.org.pt/lean-summit-2019/).
On Education, he was awarded by Microsoft as the “Worldwide Education Partner of the Year in 2010” being invited for 2 years to be a member of the Global Microsoft Education Partner Advisory Forum (in Redmond, WA) and was co-author of the book “Professional Management in Higher Education Institutions” (“Gestão Profissional Em Instituições Privadas de Ensino Superior”) by Editora Hoper.
