Rafsan Huseynov

Rafsan Huseynov is a Senior IT Program Manager, delivering enterprise solutions leveraging Power Platform and SAP LeanIX. He began his career as a business analyst, utilizing Power BI and Power Automate. Later, he managed a global program that upskilled more than 40,000 university students and faculty members in Power Platform. He is also an adjunct professor, teaching Power Apps for Project Managers.

Rafsan actively contributes to the community by creating videos on Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Loop in his YouTube channel and attending PMI Chapter events as a speaker.

As a passionate advocate for low-code/no-code, Rafsan empowers technical project managers to build their own technology solutions. He champions a structured approach to digital solution crafting, believing that a methodical strategy should guide the development journey, regardless of the technology used.
