Malin Donoso Martnes

Malin Donoso Martnes is the first MVP with a primary focus on Talent. She has worked extensively with Talent for more than a year and knows where Talent is dependent on extending with the PowerPlatform.

As a senior Dynamics 365 consultant at Point Taken AS in Oslo, Norway, she started working with Dynamics CRM, now known as Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement, in 2009 and became a CRM consultant in 2014. In March 2018, she first got introduced to Talent.

In addition, she started working with Microsoft's new HCM system, Dynamics 365 for Talent, in March 2018 and gained a unique insight into the system and various HR processes.

She speaks well with those who have deep technical understanding and those with little or no technical competence, so she is often the preferred choice when it comes to training.
