Eric McKinney is the Enterprise Business Systems Manager at G&J Pepsi, where he is responsible for all Cloud Platforms, Support, Cyber Security and Innovation. He has over 17 years of industry experience, 7 years in the Microsoft Cloud Stack – Office 365, EMS, and Azure. 3 years experience working with the Power Platform developing numerous applications, flows and reports. He has spoken at various conferences, including Ignite, MBAs and Inspires demonstrating the variety of solutions that have been built for G&J Pepsi, showcasing the various enhancements made to the Power Platform.
