Todd Mercer is a Technology Specialist for Microsoft focusing on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Todd is passionate about finding technology solutions that streamline and automate business processes while delivering a great user experience. Todd is a former Business Applications MVP and a Dynamics 365 User Group All Star award winner. Todd has been working with Dynamics Platform for over 10 years in Developer and Solution Architect roles. Todd is an active member of the Dynamics 365 user community, presenting at user group conferences and virtual events over the years. When not working Todd enjoys playing Curling, enjoying the great outdoors, camping and fishing.
