Oli Ward currently works with Microsoft’s UK enterprise customers as a Senior Technical Specialist (Technical Pre-Sales) for Microsoft UK. He has 10+ years working in delivery and pre-sales with the Dynamics platform and is established as a UK SME for the Microsoft Customer Data Platform ‘Customer Insights’, helping organisations to better know and exceed their customer's expectations. Away from work he tries to remain physically active and is getting to grips with dad life.
