Miki Tabakovic has during almost two decades worked for IKEA with the mission to create a better everyday life for many people. Started as a part-time co-worker and now are responsible for one of the markets in the Swedish organization. To succeed in creating a successful business I strongly believe that’s done through people. It is the people who make the dreams to reality. To make this possible, inspiring leadership is required. I believe in three things that create a dream team. Passion for what we do, motivation to make the dream a reality and courage to make the impossible possible. Sales for me is about helping others reach their dreams. All decisions made must always be based on the customer. What is good for the customer today, overtime will also be good for us. In other words, becoming more date driven in omnichannel retailing will be important to make the right decisions going forward.
