Mahender Pal is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect, Consultant, Trainer, Speaker and an Author. He has more than 14+ experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and working with CRM since the 3.0 version. He has implemented Dynamics CRM for various domains like Pharma, Media, Insurance, Automobile and Education. He has trained in many Dynamics CRM resources and has conducted many training sessions on MNCs like HP, Infosys, Marlabs, and Sopra. He is the author of three books for Dynamics CRM 2011 - “Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Application Design", "Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 Application Design" for CRM 2015 and Dynamics 365 CE and "Implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement"
