Mark Christie
Mark Christie is a Blogger, YouTuber & Podcast host who has over 11 years of experience in delivering Dynamics CE Projects. He is a Business Solutions MVP and is currently working at Incremental Group as a Principal Consultant. From 1996 to 2001, not long after graduating, Mark gained a technical support position with the company e-computers, which gave him his first opportunity to showcase his talent and skill in the IT field.
Andrew Bibby
Andrew Bibby is a Microsoft certified Dynamics 365 / CRM specialist and Microsoft Business Applications MVP for Dynamics 365. He is experienced in delivering solutions across all stages of the project lifecycle; from pre-sales through to design, customization, implementation and training.
Andrew's main focus is on the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. He specialises in interpreting complex requirements into functional and technical specifications that underpin the design of successful business solutions. He has extensive experience in delivering CRM solutions in complex business environments and optimising existing systems to meet changing business needs.
He is currently operating as an independent consultant (through CRM Plus Ltd), completing assignments for high profile organisations including Willis Group, Catlin, South West Water, The Pensions Regulator and Wesleyan Assurance Society.
